CRITICAL: New Battery Break-In Period 

If installing on brand new batteries, you MUST wait at least 4 complete charge cycles before adding any water through this system.

New batteries require an initial break-in period where the plates activate and electrolyte levels stabilize. Installing and using the Pro-Fill system immediately on new batteries can result in improper water levels during this critical formation period, potentially damaging the batteries and voiding warranties. After 4 charge cycles, the batteries are ready for normal Pro-Fill operation.

CRITICAL: Water Type Requirements

ALWAYS use distilled or deionized water when refilling your batteries. Tap water contains minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron) that will coat the battery plates and fill pores, preventing proper contact with the electrolyte solution. This mineral buildup causes:
