Morningstar, TriStar LCD Digital Meter display, mounts into TS and TS-MPPT controller front plate, TS-M-2

TriStar Meter-2 (TS-M-2) and TriStar Remote Meter-2 (TS-RM-2) from Morningstar are advanced digital meters that work with any TriStarTM solar controller. Except for the fact that the TS-M-2 is mounted on the controller and the TS-RM-2 is flush-mounted up to 30 meters (98.4 feet) away from the controller, these two meters are similar.

The TriStar meters are two 16-character LCDs that display detailed device and controller details, logged data, bar graph metering, alarms, and faults for quick troubleshooting. The data can be shown in English, French, German, Portuguese, or Spanish.

The TS-M-2 and TS-RM-2 are networkable in multi-controller systems, enabling individual controller data and aggregate device data to be displayed on a single meter using Morningstar's MeterHub.

• Easy to Install: RJ-11 connectors with 6 conductors can be used. The TS-RM-2 is designed to fit into a "double gang" electrical box and comes with 30 meters (98.4 feet) of cable. A single cable carries both data and meter bus control. Up to 15 devices and, optionally, more than one meter per machine are supported by the network.
• Easy to Use: Four directional pushbuttons for quick display screen navigation. Backlighting is used to improve readability. Meters may be installed as part of the initial controller implementation, as an update at some point in the future, or attached temporarily for troubleshooting before being used at other locations.
• Networking Capability: With optional Morningstar Meterhubs, shows individual controller data from up to 14 TriStars. Displays total charge, load, and battery charge/discharge state by combining device data. Any computer located on the network is automatically identified.
