• Storage Capacity

100 Ampere hours (Ah). Dakota Lithium batteries provide consistent power for all 100 Amp hours. DL LiFePO4 batteries have a flat voltage curve, which means they have a steady power output as the battery discharges. The power output will not dramatically drop like similar sized SLA batteries. You get all the juice down to the last drop.

BCI Group Number 24 & Group 24 equivalent / compatible for physical dimensions (L x W x H) & terminal location. Usable deep cycle capacity is much higher (2x) than a lead-acid battery of the same group size. Deep cycle only. Not for starting engines.

• Lifecycles (battery lifespan)

Up to 80% capacity for 5,000 cycles in recommended conditions. The typical SLA has 500 cycles. Dakota Lithium batteries last so long that the price per use is a fraction of traditional batteries.

• Recommended Charger

12v 10A LiFePO4 Charger (Sold Separate). Dakota Lithium 12V batteries should be charged at 14.4 volts, higher than AGM or lead acid. Lead acid chargers will work, but will only charge the battery to 80% of capacity.

• Internal Even-Heat Technology

Helps protect the battery when charging in cold temperatures. When the battery is charged in temperatures below 0°C (32°F), the internal heating element warms the cells to 5°C (41°F), reducing the risk of damage to the battery cells during charging in cold conditions.

• NOT for Starting Engines

This is a deep cycle 12V battery. Not designed for starting gasoline engines.
